Part-Time Retail & Marketing Associate
Location: 1111 Third Avenue Spring Lake, NJ Store & Remote
Position Type: year-round, flexible part-time: includes some weekday (Monday - Friday) & some weekend (Saturday - Sunday) store hours

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Retail & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of in-store customer interaction and remote work, focusing on merchandising, marketing projects, social media content creation, and event activations both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Merchandising: Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive in-store displays to enhance the shopping experience and promote featured products.
- Marketing Projects: Support marketing initiatives by contributing to promotional campaigns, email newsletters, and other marketing efforts.
- Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to promote products, events, and store news.
- Activations and Pop-Ups: Help plan, organize, and execute in-store and off-site events such as pop-up shops and brand activations to drive traffic and sales.
- Remote Work: Perform remote tasks, such as updating product listings, managing social media accounts, and coordinating with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
