SUNFLOW ships within the Continental USA charging a flat fee of $20 for the first chair (or chair purchased with accessories), and $10 for each additional chair (or chair purchased with accessories), purchased as part of the same order. When you order a SUNFLOW chair or chairs and add accessories to your order, we pack the accessories in the same box with the chair and we do not charge for the additional shipping weight. Accessories-only orders (accessories that are not ordered at the same time as a chair or chairs) incur a flat shipping fee of $15 per order. For express shipping options, or shipments outside the Continental USA there will be a charge for shipping that depends upon your location and the product(s) ordered.

Return shipping in the Continental USA costs $20 return shipping per chair box returned, and $15 return shipping per accessories box returned. The cost of shipping returns outside the Continental United States is the customer's responsibility. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

Your order will ship from SUNFLOW’s warehouse in New Jersey within 2-4 business days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, its arrival depends on your shipping method and location. If you choose our UPS ground shipping option, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Our warehouse team takes a break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

SUNFLOW ships to all states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Sunflow also offers international shipping options. 

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Shipping to these locations is not complimentary.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

To initiate a return, please email returns@getsunflow.com with your order number and the reason for return. Full-price unused merchandise can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a full product refund minus $20 per chair shipping cost for the return shipping. SUNFLOW does not refund the original shipping cost paid for shipping the order to you or for premium shipping if selected. The cost of shipping returns outside the Continental United States is the customer's responsibility. If you return SUNFLOW accessories in a box separately from a chair return, there is a $15 return shipping fee per accessories box shipped deducted from your refund. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of returned goods, SUNFLOW reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items purchased at any other stores or websites may not be returned to getsunflow.com. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase seven business days of receiving your return for check-in.

Rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow it to dry completely before storage.

1. OPEN: Unlock chair by releasing yellow tab found on the side. Place chair on its side and unfold legs. Stand upright on chair legs to sit.

2. RECLINE: Pull up on both armrests by your finger tips to recline back 2 positions. Pull up on back rest to sit forward.

3. CLOSE: Place chair on side and fold legs in. Lock yellow tab before carrying.

1. Position the folded chair with the backrest's SUNFLOW logo facing you with the bottom gray cross bar on the sand.  Step on the bottom cross bar.

2. Press and hold the gray silicone button on the top crossbar.  With some force, pull the crossbar straight up, as far as it will go, to extend both the backrest and the back legs.  You'll feel two clicks, one when the backrest is fully extended and another when the back legs are fully extended. Don't be timid!

3. Holding the bar in this position, use your other hand to grab the front legs from the side.  Swing the front legs out and up to extend while lowering your chair to the ground. You'll hear another click!

1.   Lean Forward, taking your weight off the backrest.

2.  Place your fingers on the triggers located on both sides of the seat, just behind the front legs.

3.  Pull both triggers and use your weight to recline to one of four positions.  Release to lock.

4.  Pull backrest to return to upright position.

1. Return your chair to the upright position.  Brush off excess sand and debris.

2. Stand behind the chair and step on the bottom crossbar. With force, pull the top crossbar straight up as far as it will go, until the backrest and back legs are in line and perpendicular to the ground.

3. Press the gray silicone button and firmly push the crossbar down to telescope the backrest and also collapse the back legs completely.

The Drink Holder easily and securely clips onto the front legs of your SUNFLOW chair. It accommodates a variety of beverages, from a small aluminum can to a large insulated water bottle.  It also pivots 360 degrees for easy access.

Just attach the Dry Bag to the buttons on either side of your SUNFLOW chair and make sure the botttom of the bag is parallel to the ground.

We are dedicated to delivering amazing products, but sometimes the unexpected happens, so if there’s a manufacturing issue with your SUNFLOW product, we provide a warranty.

SUNFLOW offers a One-Year Limited Warranty for all orders placed on or after March 1, 2025. Orders placed prior to March 1, 2025, will continue to be covered by the warranty in place at the time of your purchase.
