Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please email returns@getsunflow.com with your order number and reason for return. Please evaluate your SUNFLOW chairs inside your home to make a return decision. Once your products are used outdoors, we cannot accept them for return. Full price unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus $20 per box, for return shipping. We accept returns for items in their original unused condition, with all tags attached in the original packaging. Any gifts with purchase items must be returned with the order. SUNFLOW does not refund the original cost that you may have paid for shipping the order to you or for premium shipping if selected. The cost of shipping returns outside the Continental United States is the customer's responsibility. If you return accessories in a box separately from a chair return, there is a $15 return shipping fee deducted from your refund. All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of returned goods, SUNFLOW reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items purchased at any other stores or websites may not be returned to getsunflow.com. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase.
